For those of you who don't know what this hop is, it is a weekly meme hosted by Jen at Crazy-For-Books. It is a fun place where bloggers can find new followers and readers can find new bloggers! I personally love hopping along to visit other blogs to see how they answered the weekly question. This week's question is....."If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?"
This is a really hard question today.... Mhmmm.... I'm sure my answer would be different if I thought about this question for longer. But off of the top of my head I would say that I would like to be put into the Caster Chronicles by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. I know that this isn't the safest book to choose, per se, but I love them. They have great characters, yummy food, magic, mystery and take place in the south. It is just a world that I could see myself in and would be fun to experience.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't choose, so I came up with a list of five. I thought that was quite good going for me, as I probably have at least fifty series/books that I could have chosen!

Apologies in advance for my answer this week as it will not immediately resonate with the book blogger population which happens to be 99.5% female.
ReplyDeleteMy choice is a book series geared towards guys which won’t enthrall the vast majority of my fellow book bloggers (who are almost entirely female) with the extensive discussion of powerful weapons and sexy milspec gear, beautiful women, eye-popping action sequences (with occasionally obscene violence), and the like.

I'm kind of with Howard, in that my book doesn't (initially) seem very girly.... I picked Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld. The cover kind of scared me but the book was really fun.
